Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Colt-Industries M1756-U5558 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Comsys-Ag products, including obsoleted and phased-out Contraves parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Comau product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Comsys-Ag such as the PACBRIC2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ls30 manufactured by Contraves and we are pleased to be able to service most Contraves systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1012806095294A by Manufacturer Comau as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Blue-Heat Brand PCI4PCI265831 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Commscope such as E16S09P53 equipment made by Commscope have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Commscope products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Commscope" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C32B00A00A00 made by Contraves as well as the popular 72009901 original spares produced by Comex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M1756U56286 by Colt-Industries and E16S09P53 spares by Commscope are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S5751mo Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Compumotor.
